RiverKids Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services across Texas cities including Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and surrounding areas.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Part-Time, Full-Time, PRN) with a strong focus on family-centered care and making a real impact in children’s lives. Eligible for full benefits when hired full-time.

Qualifications

• CPR Certificate
• Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Auto Insurance
• Passion for working with children and families

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams
