Job summary

A licensed Physical Therapist is needed to provide individualized, in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. You will focus on improving motor skills, strength, balance, and coordination while partnering with families to maximize each child’s potential.

We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling, backed by strong clinic support. You’ll work with EMR documentation, collaborate with clinicians, and help families access timely, quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas is required or must be eligible for licensure in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for engaging with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Design customized, family-centered treatment plans based on child-specific goals.
• Educate caregivers on home-based therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document sessions and communicate progress with the clinical team.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated patient care.
