THERAPY 2000 in Texas seeks a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our mission-driven home-based therapy team. You will work under a Supervising Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based PT to children in Seguin and surrounding areas.
The role requires a valid Texas PT license, 3+ years pediatric PTA experience, reliability, and flexibility to travel between patient visits. We offer PTO, comprehensive insurance, mileage reimbursement, and a 401k plan.
Formación
- Active Texas PT license required.
- 3+ years as pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in home-health setting.
- Flexibility to shift resources as needed by the business.
- Reliable and innovative in approach.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver PT treatments under supervising PT goals and plans.
- Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
- Meet required weekly patient visit minimum.
- Complete chart updates, progress notes, call logs and paperwork on time.
- Coordinate with agency staff to align on expectations and standards.
- Follow agency policies and procedures.
- Comply with laws and regulations for home-health pediatric PT.
