Job summary

You will collaborate with psychologists and medical staff to inform diagnosis and treatment planning, while maintaining confidentiality and high testing standards throughout the assessment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Psychometrist preferred and can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Psychological Tests to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Score and interpret test results for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Schedule testing sessions and ensure testing environment quality.
• Explain testing purpose and process to clients to ensure understanding.
• Document behavioral observations during testing for report accuracy.
• Compile comprehensive reports summarizing findings for the supervising psychologist.
• Maintain testing standards and adhere to standardized testing protocols.
• Provide feedback to clients on test results as required by the supervising psychologist.
• Handle scheduling, billing, and coding related to assessments.
• Maintain security and availability of testing materials and data.
