Angel Kids Pediatrics in Jacksonville seeks a Pediatric Psychologist to join our leading pediatric practice. You will conduct psychological assessments, including interviews and testing, and provide individual and family therapy for youth with chronic medical conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA/CPA accredited university.
• Licensed Psychologist by the State of Florida.
• Experience with pediatric patients at risk for or diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Training/experience with cognitive, developmental, and psychodiagnostic assessments, including ADOS2.
• Knowledge of mental health regulations and medical records release.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess functioning and inform treatment planning.
• Administer cognitive, achievement, and developmental testing for diagnosis.
• Provide individual therapy to youth with chronic illnesses to support adjustment.
• Provide family therapy to support care at home and improve outcomes.
• Participate in pediatric clinics to coordinate care and plan treatment.
• Provide psychological consultation to physicians and therapy staff.
• Provide crisis assessment/intervention as needed in pediatric settings.
• Contribute to program development in behavioral health and clinics.
