Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Psychometrist to support comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents. You will administer tests, observe behavior, and integrate data from multiple sources to support evaluations.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with clinical supervision from a licensed psychologist. Education Specialist (EdS) preferred; experience with test batteries is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Master's Degree or BC Psychometrists certification preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience as Psychometrist or equivalent role required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score and interpret age-appropriate psychological and psychoeducational assessment instruments relevant to ADHD and related areas.
• Conduct clinical intakes with caregivers and children to clarify referral concerns and history.
• Integrate collateral data (rating scales, academic records, school documentation).
• Synthesize findings to support diagnostic impressions and practical recommendations for school and home.
• Draft comprehensive evaluation reports including background, test results, interpretation, and recommendations.
• Provide results/feedback sessions to families with clear, compassionate guidance.
• Maintain records and data retrieval systems and adhere to clinical workflows and turnaround times.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field

Master's Degree in psychology or certification by the Board of Certified Psychometrists

Certification by the Board of Certified Psychometrists

2 years of relevant experience as Psychometrist or equivalent role

Neuropsychological assessments and test batteries

Course work in psychological tests and measurement
