Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in Kansas
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in pediatrics or behavioral health preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pediatric and behavioral health teams to provide patient‑centered care
• Prioritize nursing duties to support safe, efficient clinic operations
• Provide nursing assessment and report changes to the provider
• Perform RN scope triage via phone and messages per protocols
• Support providers with visits, med monitoring, and coordination of services
• Administer medications and immunizations per orders and policy
• Educate patients and families on medications and follow‑up care
• Coordinate follow‑ups for meds, labs, referrals, and prior authorizations
• Document assessments, interventions, and follow‑ups in health records
• Respond to calls and messages promptly and professionally
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and infection control adherence
• Participate in performance improvement and team activities
• Assist with orientation and education of nursing staff
