Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Active RN license and multi-state compact where applicable; telehealth eligibility noted.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care using evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol; may float to other units as needed.
