Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin.
• Active board certification as a NP in Psychiatric-Mental Health.
• Active PA license in State of Wisconsin.
• Active PA board certification.
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments of pediatric patients.
• Assess patients' cognitive, developmental, and medical status.
• Provide new and follow-up psychiatric care.
• Coordinate care for patients and families with health needs.
