Job summary

Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Pediatric Provider for a regular full-time role. You will deliver comprehensive primary care to a pediatric panel and participate in urgent care coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Residency in Pediatrics or Med-Peds completed.
• Minimum of two years post-residency experience preferred.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics.
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Eligible for unrestricted hospital/center privileges.
• Current DEA and MA Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $225,000.00 Annually

Position Summary:

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care to a panel of pediatric patients
• Participate in Urgent Care coverage as needed
• Clinical collaboration with the nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Contribute to the development and implementation of community health initiatives
• Represent the health center in community groups, partnerships, and task forces as assigned
• Actively engage in productivity, quality improvement, performance initiatives, utilization review, and staff education

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics or Med/Peds
• Minimum of two years of post‑residency experience preferred
• Licensure & Certifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at affiliated facilities
• Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
