Job summary

Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Pediatric Provider for a regular full-time role. You will deliver comprehensive primary care to a pediatric panel and participate in urgent care coverage as needed.

The position requires collaboration with nurse practitioners and physician assistants, as well as involvement in community health initiatives and representation in community groups and task forces. A Massachusetts license and MD/DO are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Residency in Pediatrics or Med-Peds completed.
• Minimum of two years post-residency experience preferred.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics.
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Eligible for unrestricted hospital/center privileges.
• Current DEA and MA Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care to a pediatric panel.
• Participate in Urgent Care coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Contribute to community health initiatives and programs.
• Represent the health center in community groups and task forces.
• Engage in productivity, quality improvement, and staff education.

Education

MD or DO

Pediatrics/Med-Peds Residency

2+ years post-residency experience (preferred)

Massachusetts medical license or eligibility

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics

DEA & MA Controlled Substance Registration
