Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a motivated RN with pediatric home health experience to join our team in Aurora and surrounding areas. You will provide private duty nursing to pediatric patients in their homes, administer medications and therapies as prescribed, and monitor patient conditions.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
