Amazing Care Home Health is hiring RNs for private duty pediatric home health in Aurora and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one nursing, administer medications, and coordinate care with the healthcare team to support children in their homes.

Qualifications
- Active RN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
Responsabilités
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor patient's condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records using web-based EMR system.
