Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Pediatric Private Duty RN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing in patients’ homes across the Greater Houston area. Full-time and part-time shifts (8–12 hours) offer flexibility and the chance to deliver compassionate, family-centered care.

Requirements include a Texas RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance; pediatric home health experience is preferred but not required. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing in pediatric home settings.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs during each visit.
• Administer medications per physician orders and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and caregivers for optimal outcomes.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
