Amazing Care Home Health Services in Fruita, CO is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse for private duty pediatric home health care. You will provide one-to-one nursing in patients' homes, manage medications, treatments, and therapies, and monitor ongoing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system

Pediatric Private Duty RN | $3,000 Sign On Bonus

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

Pay

• $37.00 + Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability

Sign-on Bonus

• Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
• Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.

Schedule

• Full-Time/Part-Time Days/Nights. Evenings and Nights preferred. Flexible hours available
• Case: 3 year old with Trach/Vent, Gtube and Oxygen with continuous pulse ox
