Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking motivated RNs with pediatric home health experience to join our team in Conifer to care for a teenage male with PDN needs (GJ Tube, Oxygen, Seizures, CP, Global delays).

We offer private duty nursing with one patient per shift, shift lengths vary to fit your family, 24/7 support, on-the-job training, and a values-driven environment where professional growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system

Job description

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer days, we can accommodate what works best for your family. The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide. We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Pay:

• RN: $37.00 + Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
• Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.

Schedule:

• Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less
• Nights (19:00-07:00) - all shifts
