Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Helotes, TX, seeks dedicated RNs or LVNs for pediatric in-home care. You will administer treatments, monitor patients, and support families in a patient-centered home health setting.

Position offers full-time and part-time shifts, with day and night options to ensure continuous care. Must hold an active RN or LVN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle insurance may be needed for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using a web-based EMR system.

  • 41-year-old / High Acuity / Monday through Thursday 6pm-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
