Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a dedicated nurse (RN or LVN) to provide private duty in-home care for pediatric patients across Texas. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and coordinate care with our clinical team using a web-based EMR system.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN or LVN license, current BLS, a valid driver's license with insurance, and strong time management, assessment, and communication skills.

• Active RN or LVN license required (TX).
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle insurance required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using a web-based EMR system.
