Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care in the patient's home per physician orders.
• Perform medication administration, feedings, and treatments.
• Complete real-time documentation and charting.
• Build professional relationships with pediatric patients and families.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership during assessments and care coordination.
