Qualifications

• RN or LVN license required or in process.
• Training provided for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care.
• Willingness to learn and provide compassionate pediatric home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric home health nursing for one child at a time.
• Deliver in-home care and monitor child’s medical needs.
• Document care and coordinate with families and care team.
