Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) - Nights and Evenings

We are seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide pediatric home health services in Wichita, KS, and surrounding areas. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the plan of care.
  2. Provide nursing care according to the physician's treatment plan and individual care plan.
  3. Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and changes in the client's condition.
  4. Instruct and supervise clients, families, and care team members in the care plan.
  5. Monitor and document patient conditions and care services via electronic charting.
  6. Participate in education, quality assessment, and staff meetings.
Minimum Requirements
  • Active LPN or RN license.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
