Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our private duty homecare teams in Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options in multiple Des Moines metro locations.

Candidates must hold an active LPN/LVN license and CPR certification; TB testing within 12 months and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
