Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support patients in the Dubuque, IA area. Pay rates range from $32 to $35 per hour, with scheduling options that include full-time, part-time, and PRN.

The role involves providing home-based nursing care and using electronic documentation tools during visits. The company offers a supportive culture, comprehensive benefits, and flexible shifts including weekends.

Competenze

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
