Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN for private duty homecare in Bellville, IL. Join a large, nationwide team and contribute to high-quality home nursing services delivered with compassion.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Our care teams focus on outstanding clinical outcomes and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – assistance available after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care in patients' homes as part of Aveanna's care team.
• Support clinical outcomes and quality of care through teamwork and compassionate service.
