You will deliver compassionate patient-centered care in clients’ homes, collaborate with clinicians, and support family/caregiver needs. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, with local support and mobile documentation in every visit.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
