Job summary

Phoenix Home Care is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide individualized, one-on-one pediatric and young adult home nursing care. You will build trusted relationships with families, deliver compassionate care, and support patients in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), hands-on training, and a Stay Bonus for staying the course. Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred but training provided
• Passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities
