Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Delivers patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs with health teaching and promotion.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic, healing environment with privacy and professional conduct; participates in governance and professional development.
• Coordinates effective and efficient delivery of patient care through care management principles and identification of clinical priorities.
• Demonstrates participation in a professional practice model and accountability for actions and critical thinking.
