Job summary

Nuvia Medical is seeking an experienced pediatrician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a value-based care model. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and pediatric population health in a full-time capacity at our Boca Raton, FL location.

The physician will handle well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and care coordination while maintaining high-quality measures, documenting in the EHR, and educating families.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric quality measures.
• Strong communication skills with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits and immunizations.
• Conduct developmental and preventive screenings.
• Manage a pediatric patient panel.
• Collaborate with care coordination teams.
• Review quality dashboards and improve outcomes.
• Develop care plans for high-risk pediatric patients.
• Participate in pediatric population health initiatives.
• Educate families through anticipatory guidance.
• Document encounters in the EHR.
