Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Pediatric Preventive Cardiology program. The role focuses on outpatient care for children and adolescents with cardiovascular risk factors, delivering both in-person and telehealth services.

The ideal candidate has pediatric cardiology experience, multi-state licensure (NC/SC/GA), and DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Current PA-C or Pediatric NP certification with pediatric experience.
• Active, unrestricted PA/NP licensure in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
• DEA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and longitudinal management for pediatric patients with cardiovascular risk factors.
• Conduct new-patient evaluations, follow-ups, lipid and blood pressure management.
• Coordinate care with cardiology attendings and other subspecialists.
