Responsibilities
- Serve as bio-informatics SME for pediatric oncology precision medicine initiatives.
- Collaborate to define and optimize precision medicine workflows across teams.
- Design structured capture of oncology, molecular, genomic data to support care, analytics, and research.
- Participate in design reviews, testing, validation, and go-live optimization for precision medicine workflows.
- Support data governance, interoperability, and standardization across Epic and downstream systems.
- Lead WGTS analysis strategies for discovery science and develop scalable bioinformatics pipelines.
- Foster cross-functional collaborations for data-sharing and biomarker discovery.
