Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our behavioral health team in Reading, PA.

This full-time role offers a balanced four-day schedule with a mix of daytime and extended hours to support continuity of care for young patients. We expect PMHNP certification, state license, 1–2 years of pediatric psychiatry experience, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active Pennsylvania NP license and PMHNP board certification.
• 1–2 years in child/adolescent psychiatry; new grads with pediatric background welcome.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with therapists, pediatricians, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers when appropriate.
