Job summary

Bestica Inc. seeks an MD/DO with PM&R experience to join a collaborative pediatric rehabilitation program focused on improving children's function, independence, and quality of life. Initially one day per week, with potential to grow to two days as caseload grows.

Compensation is up to $140/hr, equating to about $58K at one day per week or $116K at two days per week. Texas license or eligibility is required, along with PM&R board certification or eligibility.

• MD/DO required.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in PM&R required.
• Texas license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PM&R care to pediatric patients
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with PT, OT, speech therapy, nursing & other specialists
• Support patients and families throughout their care
• Lead and mentor within the pediatric rehabilitation program
