Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation is expanding its CARF-accredited Inpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation program in Bethlehem, PA, seeking a Pediatric PM&R physician to tailor a role around your clinical passions.

Design a practice that may include cerebral palsy care, spasticity management, TBI/SCI rehab, neuromuscular disorders, and transition programs, with access to innovative technologies and mentorship to support leadership and program development.

Qualifications

• Residency training and clinical experience in pediatric rehabilitation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical leadership.
• Performs evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Provides coverage for physiatrist consultations when needed.
• Attends CMEs to support clinical activities.
• Provides educational supervision to residents or medical students.
• Implements and creates a quality vision to improve the organization and all served.
• Participates in the Good Shepherd on-call schedule.
