Nemours Children’s Health seeks a Clinical Research Nurse to advance the clinical research program in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Wilmington, DE. The CRN will collaborate with families, patients, and staff to drive clinical care, education, and research in a multidisciplinary environment, under the direction of the Research Manager and PICU Director of Research.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience.
• ASN required; BSN preferred; BSN must be obtained within 3 years of hire.
• Active Delaware Nursing License.
• Clinical Research Coordinator certification or eligible.
• Basic Life Support Certification.

Responsabilités

• Follows SOPs and GCP in clinical research; prepares sponsor documents.
• Conducts studies including multicenter trials and Investigator Initiated studies.
• Schedules study visits and ensures protocol compliance.
• Performs data collection and maintains study databases.
• Coordinates monitoring and audits with sponsor and regulatory bodies.
• Assists in adverse event reporting and drug accountability.
• Supports training of study staff and process improvements.
