Division of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Faculty Position

The Division of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) / Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking candidates to join our dynamic and growing faculty. CHAM is a quaternary care, academic children’s hospital in New York City, serving a diverse patient population in the Bronx, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley. Our division includes 6 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners, with a strong foundation in educational innovation, research, quality, and performance improvement. We also host a premier pulmonary fellowship program and serve as core faculty for the pediatric residency and medical student education.

We are looking for a Board Certified / Board Eligible candidate committed to a career in academic Pediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working effectively as part of a team. They should be an excellent clinician dedicated to caring for children with respiratory needs and interested in developing a career in basic, translational, or clinical research. Candidates interested in pursuing extramural and intramural funding and establishing themselves as independent investigators are particularly encouraged. Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$300,000, commensurate with academic rank, with potential for additional compensation through clinical productivity incentives and bonuses.
