A physician-owned pediatric clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join a family-focused team. Practice Setting

• Located in a charming coastal town with easy access to the Oregon Coast and a welcoming community
• Facility with 45 exam rooms and multiple procedure rooms
• Outpatient-focused, including both General and Sick Clinic coverage
• Patient panel is 100% pediatric patients from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds

Procedures & Responsibilities

• Opportunities to perform a variety of procedures including circumcisions, suturing, abscess incision/drainage, and more, with the potential for additional specialty care
• Access to local specialists including Cardiology, ENT, Surgery, Oncology, Psychiatry, and more

Schedule

• 4-day schedule from 8 AM - 5 PM
  • No inpatient call; outpatient call is shared among providers with the triage nurse handling most initial calls

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starts at $250,000 with increases based on experience and qualifications
  • Post-guarantee productivity model with potential for significant earnings
  • Partners earning $500,000 - $625,000 per year
  • Two-year track to partnership eligibility at an affordable buy-in cost
  • Sign-on bonus up to $30,000, PTO, and $3,000 CME allowance plus dedicated time for professional development
