COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS FOR PEDIATRIC PHYSICIAN

• Base Salary : $240K + Bonus
• Bonus : $10K-15K annually
• Relocation : $5K-$10K negotiable based on needs
• CME : $2,500
• Full Benefits Package : Starts on the first day
• Retirement : Includes a 3% match with contributions fully vested on day 1
• Malpractice : Paid
• Residency Stipend : Available
• Extra Perks : Includes licensing dues, renewal fees, staff dues, association fees, paid cellphone, and a provided computer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• Patients per Day : 25-30
• Clinic Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
• Schedule : 4.5-day work week with a 0.5 day allocated for administrative tasks
• Call Schedule : 5 days of call per month (Tuesday / Thursday) during your call week, with the hospital located 10 minutes from the clinic
• No attendance required for deliveries
• Credentialing process takes 60-90 days

• Board Certified (B / C) or Board Eligible (B / E)
• Must be competent in performing circumcisions or willing to learn
