Job summary

Little Steps Pediatric Therapy in Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. The role combines clinic-based therapy with telehealth options to support children and families.

We value a fun, engaging, and collaborative therapist who can travel between natural environments and clinic settings, while maintaining excellent documentation and family communication. Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, engaging therapy to the pediatric population.
• Treat a wide range of pediatric disorders across ages.

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers and doctors.
• Deliver services in-person and via telehealth.
• Contribute to pediatric group programming if desired.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.

Our focus is on improving the lives of children of all ages through individualized, family-centered, and fun therapeutic treatment. We offer physical, occupational, speech, feeding, and developmental therapy as well as a wide variety of group programming. We currently offer a mix of clinic-based, and teletherapy services. We provide private services as well as services through Florida Early Steps. We are looking for fun, passionate therapists who are seeking a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Job Description
