Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Southeast Michigan is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team and help children reach developmental milestones through hands-on therapy.

You will work alongside licensed physical therapists to implement individualized plans, promote family involvement, track progress, and adapt activities in a supportive clinic environment at multiple Michigan locations.

Qualifications

• Two-year PTA associate degree completed.
• Licensed as Physical Therapy Assistant in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• As a PTA, support children in developmental milestones and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with licensed PTs to deliver individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Facilitate exercises and play-based activities to improve coordination and balance.
• Educate families on at-home techniques and progress strategies.
• Track patient progress and contribute to treatment plan refinements.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized therapy space.
