Reach Therapy Services LLC is seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with Physical Therapists and other assistants to provide therapy and support for our patients in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinic.

The ideal candidate has strong time management and customer service skills, along with knowledge of physical therapy guidelines. We offer a therapist-owned environment with mentorship opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in a physical therapy setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Treating children from birth to 21 years old across various settings (clinic, daycare, home, school, community).
• Read, understand, and follow plans of care and therapy.
• Assist patients with adaptive equipment, exercises, and mobility.
• Support Physical Therapists with exercises, communication, and care coordination.
• Assemble, clean, and maintain equipment used daily.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and changes.
• Manage your patient caseload and schedule.
