Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to serve families in Spring, TX. This home-based role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options, based in our North Houston division.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams in a home-health setting. The position requires TX PT licensure, reliability, and flexibility, with comfort using a laptop, phone, email, and web browser to coordinate care and document progress.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas.
• An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.

• Complete required patient visits weekly.
• Maintain timely chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.

THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to serve families in Spring, TX.
