Human Performance Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist in Columbus, GA to provide integrated care within a school-based setting and outpatient pediatric services. You will collaborate with our OT and SLP teams to support children with developmental delays and special needs in real-world daily activities.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, evidence-based treatment planning, and full collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, within a large pediatric therapy

Formación

• Licensed PT with eligibility to practice in the state
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (OT/SLP) and families

Responsabilidades

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services in a daycare setting to support natural, real-world progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP) to deliver comprehensive care
• Review medical history and development to guide evidence-based, individualized care
• Evaluate movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments
• Create individualized, family-centered treatment plans for development and participation in daily routines
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to evolving needs of each child
• Educate families with home exercise programs and progress strategies
