Job summary

Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to screen, test, evaluate, diagnose and treat pediatric injuries and disabilities using standard physical therapy practices. The role includes educating patients and caregivers, with outpatient and acute care exposure.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services and develops care plans based on patient assessments.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes billing as required.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Provides patient care and supervision as needed.
