Physical Therapist

Details about this opportunity:
- Location: School Districts throughout Nassau County
- Status: Fee for Service and/or Full Time potential
- Hours: Monday-Friday, following school calendar (flexible schedule for FFS)
- Compensation: $60/hour or $75,000-$85,000
*Note: Rates depend on services, experience, licenses, and certifications. The position may be full-time or fee-for-service, based on caseload, discussed during interview.*

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
- Administer and write physical therapy evaluations.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Keep accurate attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with families and school personnel.
- Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
- Attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.

- Current NY State Physical Therapy License
