Good Shepherd Rehabilitation – Hyland Center, Allentown, PA, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to facilitate restoration of function for patients with rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, planning and implementing rehabilitative care, collaborating with health-care teams, documenting interventions, and ensuring quality of care while adhering to licensure and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Previous acute care experience or similar setting is required.
• Physical Therapist license required; BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition upon physician order and at regular intervals during shift.
• Plan and administer rehabilitative care to restore function.
• Collaborate with health-care team, patients and families; document interventions and responses; revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; monitor care delivery and outcomes.
• Maintain professional knowledge and participate in required training and staff meetings.
