Job summary

Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement treatment programs for referred patients and supervise assistants.

The role supports the Rehabilitation Continuum, maintains relationships with hospital leadership and medical staff, and reports to the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist. PA PT licensure and a Master's degree are required, along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical therapy or equivalent experience.
• PA Physical Therapy License and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients.
• Supervises assistants, aides, and students.
• Supports all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum.
• Maintains working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers and other staff.
• Reports to Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist.
