**Part-time employees are required to work afternoon hours (3pm-6pm) at least 1 to 2 days per week.
Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide age-appropriate physical therapy interventions to children and adolescents with a variety of conditions and diagnoses.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support the child’s development.
Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate families and caregivers on exercises and strategies to promote physical development at home.
Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy and evidence-based treatment methods.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy(DPT) degreefrom an accredited program required.
Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Therapy
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapistin Virginia.
Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each pediatric patient.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
