Pediastaff is seeking a full-time pediatric physical therapist for an outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City. You will evaluate children, create and implement treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy while supervising PTAs.

You will collaborate with SLPs and OTs, educate families, and maintain electronic documentation in a modern, upscale clinic that serves the Hispanic community with a mission-driven stance.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-English strongly preferred.
• Comfortable supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Passion for serving children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy services to pediatric patients
• Supervise and support a team of PTAs
• Collaborate closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other Physical Therapists

What You'll Do

Patient Population

Pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses and developmental needs. Cases range from mild delays to more complex physical and neurological conditions. Diverse and rewarding caseload focused on helping children achieve greater independence and functional success.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish-English skills strongly preferred
• Comfortable supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
• Passion for serving children and families from diverse backgrounds
