Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license or license pending.
• Minimum 2 years of licensed physical therapy experience.
• Ability to work in-person in Monterey, CA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and regular therapy sessions.

Honeybee Hires has partnered with a boutique clinician-owned private practice in Monterey, California, specializing in comprehensive occupational and physical therapy services for the pediatric population!

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to a supportive and learning-focused environment.

Flexibility, strong customer service, and a collaborative approach define the practice, ensuring each child receives the best care possible.

If you are passionate about working with a diverse caseload of pediatric patients, ranging in age from infants to adolescents, with a variety of developmental, neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions.

Position overview:

• $52-$62/hour DOE (Salary equivalent up to $128k/year depending on experience and full/part time status)
• Full time & flexible part time options! Work a 3, 4 or 5 day week.
• $5k sign on bonus for full-time candidates

Compensation:

$74,000-$90,000 per year
