Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed Pediatric Physical Therapists to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. The role focuses on helping children with developmental and neurological needs achieve independence in a supportive home-based setting.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), strong clinical support, mentorship, and opportunities for supervision of PTAs, with comprehensive benefits and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and motor development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit

Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Leadership Opportunity – PT Supervisor

• We are also hiring PT Supervisors to support and oversee Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervisor responsibilities include:
• Providing clinical oversight and mentorship to PTAs
• Ensuring compliance with supervision requirements and documentation standards
• Supporting quality care delivery and clinical excellence

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
• Home health experience
